I am an active member of the Board of Realtors. I have been elected to serve on the board of directors for the South Palm Beach County Regional Board, of which I am Vice Chairman, a component of the recently merged Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches (RAPB) and the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Realtors Association (GFLR) boards of Realtors. RAPB+GFLR is now the 3rd largest board of Realtors in the United States. I am also a Dubai International Property Consultant (DIPS) which allows me to offer my clients an opportunity to invest in one of the fastest growing real estate markets in the world.
I am proud to have been appointed to the state board of directors for the Florida Realtors Association. In addition, I am currently serving on the Global Business Alliance Committee, Grievance Committee, Finance Committee as well as the Government Affairs Committee. I enjoy my leadership position within the real estate industry and look forward to playing a role in our ever-evolving industry!
I have previously held key positions in the telecommunications field including VP of Operations for one of the largest cellular companies in North America, Regional President of the largest Paging Company in the US, Global Director for a multi-national UK based telecom provider as well as key roles in the Enterprise Software industry.
On a personal note, my wife Nina, who is an invaluable part of my business, is a Chinese National whom I spent 4½ years convincing to relocate to the US and marry me. I got the better end of that deal! She is a former executive in China serving as Director of Finance & HR for Greater China, with a multi-national IT company.
We have 3 children, Elliott is an Engineering graduate of UCF. He and his wife Erin are living and working in Chicago. Yutai is a graduate of UF with a major in Computer Science and has accepted a position with MIT Lincoln Labs in Boston and will be pursuing graduate school. Eric is a graduate of Palm Beach State College majoring in Hospitality and works for Disney in Orlando.
Ms. Nina Levine, born in Shanghai, China, is currently licensed in the state of Florida as a Certified Property Manager. She is an active member of the Asian American Real Estate Association and a board member of the Shanghai Jiangsu Zhejiang Association as well as a board member of America China Enterprise Chamber of Commerce Florida. She provides supporting services such as property management, residential leasing, and property maintenance. Along with subject matter professionals, she provides mortgage and insurance consulting, real estate law, taxation, immigration, tourism, and education consulting for the children of foreign national’s studying and attending school in the United States.

We are the proud owners of 2 dogs, a Westie named Murphy and his best friend, Lola, a Havanese. They keep the house active and try to fill the void the boys left when they went off to school.
Cooking, traveling and reading are our true passions. My wife cooks up the best Chinese food outside of mainland China and I cook up the western food. We alternate cooking but invariably, one of us is almost always left with the cleaning!
